I was gonna buy 303 vinyl protect bottle for my s2k, but my friend(he has 04 s2k also) insisted that our car has Fabric top.
... now I'm really confused.
but.. finally ..we agreed on issue that we use vinyl protection spray for 2sk..

so... are they really Vinyl top ?
or they are fabric that has vinyl characteristic?
or visa versa?

I was reading someplace about something that mentioned the S2k as having one of the best softtops. It has the durability of Vinyl but the looks of Fabric. It does looks like fabric but it isn't it's Vinyl.

I believe it is imported "Corinthian" vinyl...at least that is what the salesperson told me.

I was fooled too for a while when I bought my '02. Damn amazing piece of vinyl. 303 is the right stuff.

 

The vinyl material is good stuff but there have been several long running threads about people who have discovered small holes at the fold points on the side. Another complain is the noise, as some wish it were double lined. And, of course, the early owners missed out on the glass window. So it's good but far from perfect.
