Default Need TITS on Long Island

Yea, I should have known better. I have over fifty transactions since Jan 2000, without a problem. Long story short: I bought a Movado watch and it's a fake. This is one of the few times I didn't use my credit card. I paid with Paypal and they won't help. I filed for mediation with Square trade, seller of course refused. Seller is no longer active on ebay. I have a name and address. Anyone care to lean on this scumbag for me?

Find his local pizza place, have lots of pizza delivered.

Sign him up for every embarrassing catalog you can find.

Hey, e-mail me at DPLiving@aol.com and please write the subject as "S2ki" so I know it is you. This is my work e-mail which I check often. Let me know any details, if you still have the ebay auction (if its from ebay) and give me some detail.

I do not know if I can be of help but you never know. I just need the facts so I know what is going on so I can help u better.

if you go on the fbi website you can file a online fraud form. you SHOULD also call the local precinct were the person lives and talk to a detective. thats what we did when we got ripped off. took about 3 weeks to get them arressted but it happend. still never saw my money back though.

Chances are, authorities wont do anything if it's just you alone. Filling a report with paypal does nothing but raise a notice incase he wants to use that account again. All he has to do is create a new account.

You want something done about it, you've gotta do it yourself and with the help of other people. The taxes you pay aren't to help you at times like this. I've been scammed a few times and believe me...you wont get a dime back ever if there isn't at least 50 other people who got scammed with you. The cops wont even care and probably wont even write anything down while you tell it to them

I was in the jewelery business for a good number of years, and part of it includes online and EBAY.
Although I do not know the auction....(if you have a link it would help me out)....

but 99.9999% of cases like this are perfectly LEGAL. With jewelery and fine watches, its all about the wording....for instance....a big one is....

Brand new model ROLEX. 99% of people with think they are getting a new watch. Then the buyer will get a watch the is used, get mad, and try to sue. The reality is, it is 100% legal.
Why? Read it again.... brand new MODEL rolex. No one said anything about a new watch.
I can give you a 2004 S2000 with 650,000 miles on it for 25 grand, and it IS a brand new model, but sure as sh!t aint a brand new car. Jewelery is always buyer beware, thats why you should NEVER buy jewelery and fine watches unless you are with someone who knows a lot about the subject, or from a very reputable dealer (Tiffany or Tourneau)

Anyway, PM me if you want help in the matter, as well as locating a nice REAL movado for a good price.
