Hi everyone!
I know its been a while since I have posted for an event but I have been very busy at work and on weekends too lately. I wanted everyone to know that I have been making contact with others clubs concerning the Arkansas Fall Colors Run.
I have sent emails to the Shreveport and Longview Corvette Clubs, the North Texas S2000 Club, and both the Mid-South and North Texas Viper Clubs, even invited the Bayou South Thunderbird Club. I hope to have some positive response from all.
The event will take place on a Saturday and Sunday, sometime between the 23rd of October and the 7th of November. The exact date all depends on the weather and the leaf color cycle, so we have to be flexible on the date, with short notice for those who attend. The trip is planned so that people can make either a one or two day trip.
I will notify everyone by email and which will include a common meeting location, map of the drive, including stop over points, motels, etc.
This event will be similar to the Spring Event, except that if you wish to attend for both days, we will be staying Saturday night in Waldron Arkansas and heading out to Magazine Mountain early Sunday morning. When we finished this run last year, pretty well everyone was back home in Longview and Shreveport by 4:00PM on Sunday.

This sounds like great fun. I've been wanting to meet up with everyone but have had to work weekends. Hopefully I'll be able to attend this one.
