well, i was involved in some road rage, and after that brake checking, i came to a complete stop of the truck, got out, and walked up towards him.

then i hear him gun the engine and the tires start squealing. all i could think of was "OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT!!!" i tried to get out of the way, but he NAILED me with the front of his truck, and i went flying into the guardrail. i rolled under the guardrail just in time to see his rear tire flying past. he then smashes into my car, but gets stuck in between my car and the guardrail. he tries to push through (he's flooring it spinning the tires), but when he realizes he's stuck, he floors it in reverse and almost hits me again.

scared shitless, i jump back in my car, and when i see him accelerating again, all i could think of was "GET THE OUT OF HERE." so i floor it. when i look in my rear-view, i see a car following me... the car chases me for a good 5min. i finally lose them, and after calling my friend, who talked some sense into me, i drove back to the accident.

there were maybe 6 or 7 cops, and the guy in the f150 was still there. he had a flat. the car that was chasing me was a black s55 amg mercedes. it was a couple in their 40s maybe, and i talked to them. they were chasing me because they wanted to get my plates to make sure i was ok and everything. she told me "I thought you were dead the way that guy hit you." from what it sounds like, i flew about 15-20ft before hitting the guardrail.

there were maybe 5 or 6 other cars that stopped as witnesses, and they all agreed that i was so ing lucky for being able to walk away with only a sore ass and busted knuckles/elbows.

my car is scratched the entire right side, the door caved in, and the antenna and side-view mirror were ripped off.

the faggot got to drive home because the DA couldnt decide or some shit, because of conflicting stories and because it was a case of road rage - misdemeanor. the motherer tried to kill me ni his ing truck, i dont see how that's just road rage.

It all started off with something as trivial as him pulling off of a side street in front of me, and cutting it close. Naturally, I got close and tailgated him. Being the prick that he is, he slammed on the brakes and came to a complete stop in the middle of the intersection. As soon as he moved forward again, I did the same to him, and we had a bit of road rage after that. It lasted maybe <1min and <1/8mi and was nothing more than a few brake checks and such.

I finally pulled into the right lane, stopped the car, and waited for him to make the next move. I forget what exactly he said, but he was definitely tempting me to get out of the car and do something. So I did. And as soon as I did, he tried to run me over.
