RIP - Red S2000 - Now with pics
Well chaps, add another one to CC's list. Iv'e managed to write my car off yesterday. Hit a stream of water, aquaplaned, lost control and ended up upside down in a field.
Luckily my passenger managed to get out and get help. I was trapped upside down for around 30 min while some people with a crowbar managed to open my door.
It was a scary experience I can tell you, all the time my thoughts were of fire as I wouldn't have been able to escape.
Got took to hospital by ambulance so Iv'e not seen the car yet but have been told it's definitely a write off.
Most important thing is that I have escaped totally unharmed apart from stiff shoulders & neck and my passenger just suffered from a cut head.
So everyone - please be careful out there !

And so the winter begins....
Glad to hear you walked away unscathed. Ending up upside down is no mean feat (eh, Craig?
) - that's got to put you pretty high up on the Carper's list!
Have you given any thought yet as to whether you will get another S or use the insurance pay-out to try something different.
