Default Headlight Adjustment

Is it easy? Mine are a bit low IMO , probably as the car is lowered. How easy are they to adjust and how do I line the beam up?

cheers

Extract from Honda Manual.
Before adjusting the headlights
Park the vehicle on a level surface
Make sure the tyre pressures are correct.
The driver or someone who weighs the same should sit in the driver

The best place to get them adjusted may be you local MOT centre - they will have the correct beamset equipment (this is how I got mine adjusted and it made a great difference).

There is a legal range of something like 1 degree low to 1 degree high. The trick is to stand over them and get them to set the beams to the higher end of the range (an "interpretation fee" of

Mine failed 4 times on the same MOT, just got Honda to re-adjust then take back to MOT centre on each occasion.

Don't know why they didn't just get the MOT guy to adjust them ?!?

Oh well, at least it was the garage who had to mess around, either that or they just wanted to put some more miles on my car, oh well !!

I just got Honda to do mine as they were really low. I can't believe the difference it has made. I really thought the lights were a bit crap until I had this done!
