Default dyno results form recalibrated fmu on vortech s/c

Well here it is for anyone who might be wondering how to get there vortech s2k to run richer (safer)for little $$$!I installed a 12 to 1 calibration kit to my vortech kit and headed back to the dyno. The results were Much better than the first time, but its still a little lean when the vtec kicks in.So now ill have to figure out how to squeeze some more out of those poor injectors. In case anyone is wondering the car is COMPLETELY stock other than the supercharger.

Your fuel pressure is around 120+psi at 9krpm.

Joe, check your fuel pressure and check with your tuner whether what you are doing is safe or not?

It's still just a bit lean from 6k to redline. Increasing the pressure can only go so far.

Believe it or not ,honda injectors can take a beating, that is 120+psi.If they were aftermarket injectors then i would not be running those kind of pressures. Most forced induction kits that are available run upwards of 120 psi.Now i need to still get a little more fuel after vtec engagement.Perhaps a vafc???And no i cant afford a standalone set up like the aem(my wife would kill me!!!)Any ideas would be great, thanks!

Even if the injectors can take a pounding, the spray consistency into the cylinder with those small injectors is gonna be erratic. I would put some bigger injectors in there and fatten it up a bit.

As long as you don't go holding WOT for any length of time it will be just fine. otherwise, You'll have melted pistons.

300+whp is one very quick s2k.But i will not drive it hard until i get it to run at least 1 point richer after vtec engagement..You will torch the engine if you pound the crap out of it with an af like that.

Try replacing your stock injectors with some 440's (which I believe are good for a little more than 300 WHp) from Ultimate Racing. This may help out on the A/F ratio some.

Perhaps a vafc???
V-AFCs aren't effective at adding fuel. If the OEM ECU sees anything over what it consideres to be 1 ATM, it freaks out.
