If any of you on here are selling these and they are legit, i apoligize in advance. Im just trying to stop S2k seat theives...

This is the one that gets me its the Blue ones here

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...7953205323&rd=1

look closely at the picture at the bottom its the same as this one

The guys location is Hollywood, FL and i know of someone that had their seats stolen just like mine.

then this guy uses one of the same pictures and says "...seats out of my 2004 suzuka Blue S2k, the seats are currently still in the car and will be taken out upon auction ending..."

Red ones

Here are some more seats. Red this time but read his title then read the description, mainly the mileage. Might be mine

first pic in the blue seat auction is a 2004-05 car. those seats are brand new, and you can see the silver from the 04-05 console. fishy auction.

eBay should really have a department that cracks down on theives. there's not much you can really do if you see your seats on eBay.

why not bid on them and arrange to pick them up in person and then surprise him by having the cops with you?

If you know they're definately stolen, how about bidding on them with a fake name. Bid an extremely high amount and then don't pay. He still has to pay a percentage of the final listing...

(p.s.) I know he can just report you as a non paying bidder, but if you keep using fake names.. he'll never get the seats sold. Don't make it easy for thieves to buy on ebay.

Yeah man, the first pic of the blue seats are sitting in an AP2, the bottom pic of the blue seats are sitting in an AP1.

Ask them to provide a VIN for the car.

How could you possibly tell if they are your seats?
