Holy Shit! Look at all those twisties.... My keyboard is covered in drewl. Ahhhh. This is going to be an awesome trip!!!!! we ahve some really good twisties in Texas... but I haven't seen a sign like this on a Texas road.

There is a hairspin at 10mph near Pinehurst/Skyline (close to Oakland). Maybe you want to check that out?
