What I need is a)someone to verify the excellent condition of the wheels and tires and b)someone to act as a go-between to hold the money until I receive the wheels in good condition.

I will pay a hundred bucks for your services.

Edit: sorry, forgot to mention that I would need you to verify that they are packed up properly for shipping as well.

i am checking this out for him. no reason to charge the man for a few minutes of my time. and how do you know you are the closest to gloucester city? i am under 10 miles from house, and under 5 from work. haha. you could be i was just asking.
