Default headlamps?

hi all, im in the process of finishing repairs to a s2000 i have just bought, but i need a pair of headlamps, the car has xenons at the moment but can i swap them for normal headlmaps as i need to get a pair of either - any ideas as honda is very expensive for these and breakes seem to think hell will get cold before i find some

The HIDS on the S are excellent - don't spoil it by putting 'normal' headlights on.

Hills, at Burscough, Lancashire, are breaking 3 s2000s at the moment. Might be worth a call.

cheers guys, 24/7 and the other web based breakers have been a no go from he start, hills are all done in the fron - typical.

do all s2000 have xenons or are some standard - are all the lights the same shape - can i get anyone and fit it on as i have found some but the seller is going on about chassis numbers????

AFAIK all S2000 have HID lamps. None have 'standard' lamps.

I believe the lights are all a standard shape.

Not sure if thre are any minor / cosmetic differences between MY00/01 & MY02/03 & MY04/05.

The 04 onwards are slightly different cosmetics. but same shape AFAIK

cheers guys, someone has pointed me in the direction of a pair on ebay in america but not sure how much they will be, i want the hids as they are a much better light, my cooper s has them and my clio 172 did aswell, just got one bulb that works on my car and was hoping i could save a little by getting standard lamps but hids it will be

Merckx i am the one who was sellin the headlights on ebay i was using my brothers account which was closed cos he didnt have funds in his account for the ebay fees....is currently being reinstated.
To make assumptions that i would run off with peoples money is pretty lame dont you think
