At SoS this weekend I mentioned that I was buying a house around 51st Ave and Happy Valley, and Ragingazn visably flinched. Seems like everyone I met was based out of the east valley. Is anyone on here from the good side of town?

and BTW once I get into my house I'll be happy to host tech days. 2.5 car tandem style garage for a single guy with 1 car and a couple sets of golf clubs means plenty of room to move cars around.
