I'm not sure if it is alignment or if its because I burn out too often.. What do you guys think?

Are those rears or fronts. Remember, the car has a lot more negative camber in the rear than front (stock).

Let me be the first to say it -

Why did you let the tires get that bald in the first place?

That's downright dangerous, especially in the somewhat wet climate we live in. I have let tires get down to the treadwear bars and even then I'm very skittish in any kind of wetness.

Also, why all the burnouts? That implies on the street where such driving can be dangerous to yourself and others. The cops don't like it much, either. Save it for organized events (track/drag/autocross days). Your car will last longer, your wallet will remain fuller and there's limited danger.

Back to wear, I'd say it's normal, with the insides wearing a bit faster than the outsides. It's also possible that it's overinflation, especially if they are 245s on stock size wheels (7.5"). I'm using 225s (non-S02) now with even wear where 245s tended to wear the middle faster. I can get away with this since 1) I don't try to oversteer on the street and 2) I have a huge front swaybar.

Sell me those wheels. I'll buy new tires.
