Default Official:S2k vs S2k w/4.57 gears from a roll (vid)

Here you go. This is from a stoplight roll. I waited for Ryan (overbooster on these forums) to floor it. I'd say it started at about 5mph.

I have intake/exhaust (not much gain... I've raced stock S2k's before and never pulled anything).

And then I have 4.57 gears. So this will show you what 4.57 gears do.

The run is from 5mph to 95mph. You will see I pull about 5 cars.

R U sure your boy in the othr car knows how to drive. Seems awfully one-sided.

Did you let off at 95mph or did he catch back up since your top end is cut down with the 4.57 gears?

i would say that probaby isnt the best example of a comparision, since the guy in the silver car you can tell totally missed/screwed up going into second gear.

4.57 only cut off at about 150mph. Stock the car can only reach about 150mph because of drag. He let off.

lol. i've raced him when stock and we'd be dead even.

he's sitting here next to me and said he didn't miss a damn thing and had excellent shifts. he's a good shifter and a good driver. I've been around him before and been around him and he's not a bad driver.

he doesn't claim to be a "great" driver, but he said he did his best, and he has raced me bofore. he said "you just flat out pull on me and there's nothing I can do".

the point of this is that this shows how much of a difference gears make.

if someone here thinks they can drive better, and prove me wrong on these gears, then bring it on. i gaurantee i'll pull the same on you if you're stock.

I stopped at 95mph and he kept going for just a second to show that he hadn't let off.
