Default FS: 4.44 geared CompTech Diff

I have a built rearend using a CompTech diff housing, 4.44 gears and an OEM LSD. The set up make 0 noise and has been bathed in LE607 for most of it's life. Mobil 1 was used for the first 2000 miles. All bearing where new at the time of the installation. The gears were installed prior to Fall Colors 03. This diff will be shipped whole. The oil will be drained to save on weight.

Shipping will cost 80-90 roughly and the buyer is to pay all shipping.

Reson for selling? I have installed a 4.57 setup and a MY04 transmission.

At this point I am talking offers.

What do you need one for? You already have a set in your car.

Pricing if you were to build one, using your current diff.

CompTech diff housing 399.00
Gear 4.44....................450.00
Installation .................300.00 (Labor)
OEM parts ..................200.00 (All bearing/seals where installed)

Stock diff sell for 500-1000 here on the board from time to time. The dealer list for a diff is 3722.53 and you can get them for 2791.90 from Majestic Honda.

I would really like to get $ and an OEM diff in return. That way we could built and sell built 4.57 diffs.

Ok, that was going to be my next question. Well... if you come up with a price for me along with my stock diff. let me know. My only concern is shipping because I figure that will be around $175 for 2 trips.

Actually shipping should not be that bad. It would ship from Houston, TX to you and St Louis if not that far. Shipping weight is about 70-80 and the box is small.

How many miles on your car? (I assume your stock diff is the same as your car)
Any problems with your diff? Oil leaks? Whines?

P.S Your PM box is full.
