For those who know me well...they can easily share that I have "issues" when it comes to the Honda Element. I have always loved the Element, ever since it was released...they are simply soooo practical and the look, while different, to me is the good different. I'm tired of cars and trucks that "blend" in.

So...again...if you know me...you'll also know that I can't simply "like" the Element, no...no...I just gotta LOVE the Element!!! And I share it, like tourettes. So, everytime I see an Element, I scream out "ELEMENT!!!"

Everytime...without fail. No matter who I'm with or around...when I see an Element, I scream out "ELEMENT!!!" And for the folks who *know* me, they are nodding with confidence right now...it's true.

Now...I have some GREAT friends. Folks who are willing to help me with a problem. They have purchased small Element models for me, some that are even remote control operated and even a HAT!!! And while these great Element tokens have helped me, nothing could satisfy my desire for an Element...other than a real Element of my own.

Yes...ladies and gents...airgate now owns an Element!!!

I traded my '04 Civic Si daily driver for an '05 Element about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I have yet to snap photos...busy and all...but I wanted to share the news.

Congrats on the new vehicle, btw I saw you coming from goldsboro on HWY 70 tonite on the S2000. Your fog lights gave you away from a distance. I was driving my Ranger.

 

CONGRATULATIONS, buddy! You should bring the ELEMENT! to McDragon, and use it to camp out with some of the others. Guess you'd have to tow the S, though, huh?

(BTW....screaming out ELEMENT! is contagious. He's had me doing it too. Don't know why. Must..........resist............the urge. My friends think I sound ridiculous.)

 

Ain't that cool! Yeah, I could'nt resist driving the S for the past two days. Funny...whenever I drive my S, I never see any other S2000's.

But this morning...driving the Element!, I saw 2 S2000's. I don't bother waving or flashing, they don't get it.

Sheila...real friends would understand...ELEMENT!!! is simply normal. You get it.
