well swann aka honda insurance sent me their yearly insurance and amazingly the premium went up an amazing $1000 from $1400 to about $2400. i was paying about $1400 for the previous 3 years
guess they didnt like the fact that they were paying out more than i was giving them for the past few years, not my fault, i cant stop a garbage truck backing into me and someone slashing my roof now can i. anyway, i told them to stick it and begun the process of shopping around.
anyway, after a few quotes, i went with my old faithful and tried westpac, who i initially insured with with my black s2k way back and subsequently wrote off, tehy paid out fuss free. anyway, they r underwritten by vero, and the premium is an amazing $1168. the only pitfall is my rating 1 isnt protected for this first year, so i have to be careful. at that price, how could i not refuse it.
anyway, im off to luxuriate now and bask in my good fortune
