Banning Members
Hi:
A friend of mine on this website was recently banned. He/She has sent a couple emails to info@s2ki.com hoping to get an explanation of why they were banned, and has not gotten any sort of response. It came out of the clear blue, and now they do not have any access to this site.
Is this the type of website you guys are running here? You will ban someone, and not give any explanation? What if it what as an error?
Truthfully, that does not give a good impression for the people visiting this site.
Just wanted to put in my $.02, and stick up for a friend at the same time.

My reason for thinking he is banned is because he is. I PM'd you his S2Ki name.
I was told that two emails were sent out yesterday, of which neiter received a response. I work with him, so i know there is nothing wrong with our email server...

Umm, I pulled up his posts from yesterday, and there was nothing offensive on there. Then, he tried to log on a little later in the day, and the website said he was banned, and gave no reason whatsoever.
So yes, whoever banned him should have the decency to give an explanation. From what I gathered, he was on a final warning. What did he do to "cross the line."
That is what needs to be communicated as a response to the emails sent.

We don't guarantee responses to Guests. Too much to do, too little time. He may never get one. He was banned for being a generally disruptive loud-mouthed punk. Yes you can be banned for personality alone, you don't need to break any specific rules. Perhaps you can pass that along.
