I got a pair of PIAA 1000 dichroic driving lights from carparts.com using a 33% off coupon. Just installed it in the main airdam opening (hopefully pictures coming soon from 1Y2KS2K). After pulling the bumper, and discovering that the air duct plugs was part of the bumper, and there was nowhere to mount lights without a large bracket, I went the easy route. The install was easy, just 4 holes and trimming the grill.

As far as my impressions of the lights, they are very bright (85w) but has a slight yellow tint with blue edges. They are significantly brighter than the hi beams with a central hotspot, though off the hotspot is also bright. The biggest difference is off to the sides of the the car, much more light than the hi beams.

Those look like the ION PIAA's I had on my R1100GS, if so they're great for fog and daytime visibility. They burn bright yellow.... looking forward to finished pictures.

Hold on. I'm the one with the digital camera; I'll be taking a pic of the finished product later today (when S2WOOOW gets back from his shopping expedition!)

Exactly that.. an air pump. Specifically it is the major component of the Pulsed Secondary Air Injection System.
