I am selling a sub box that housed a JL 12W3V2. It will fit any 12" sub and is all wired up and ready to go. I am also selling a Monster Cable 8 guage amp kit. I am asking for $100 shipped for the sub box and $25 shipped for the amp kit

is that enclosure custom fitted for the toolwell on our s2k?

 

No, the enclosure is a rectangle measuring 20x14-1/2x13. It does however fit in the toolwell with the tools and cover still it it, but you will lose some trunk space. I have added the following picture to illustrate:
