I bought this liner Inner Roof Liner back in October, but just got around to the install two weeks ago. It cost about $450 depending on the Euro/$ exchange rate (my bank also charged me a fee for the wire transfer - the German company does not take credit cards). The install took about 2 hours with stopping to take pictures. Except for attaching the rear portion (hard to reach), it was pretty simple operation. It attaches with a variety of fastners.
Pros: The biggest advantage is in appearance - I think it gives a clean look to the roof. But it also insulates the interior -- the day of the install was very hot and the roof was hot to the touch, but the liner was only warm on the inside after sitting in the sun for a couple of hours. I expect the same advantage in the winter. Noise reduction? - hard to say - it does seem somewhat quieter, but it doesn't seem dramatic. Then again, it's summer and I haven't been driving much with the top up and the windows closed.
Cons: not much -- the roof didn't go all the way down the first time, but that problem disappeared after two days. I guess the liner needed to be compressed. It goes all the way down now (the tonneau cover fits without a problem, but I never use it). If the top has been down for a few days, it will not come all the way up falling short by about an inch -- but a simple tug brings it close enough to be latched.

If anyone wants details of the install, I have more pictures and I could recommend some techniques to cut down on the install time.
