I've derived 2003 based on the -3% in 2004.
Only UK figure was 2004, which is 1,176. So the '04 model change slowed the decline in registrations perhaps and still represents 20 a week new registrations.
And no, I am not going to speculate on any demise possibilities

So the UK represents more than half the entire European sales! I was aware the car is way more popular than in France, Germany etc - but not to that extent. I wonder how the figures are derived. If they are from Honda's shipments then the UK will be understated because of the cars that are delivered, say to Holland, to be delivered to the UK. If, however, they are based on new vehicle registrations then we could have double counting as some cars are registered on temporary plates in a continental country before being driven to the UK.
Not big numbers are they. I wonder how many cars are written off each year? I wonder what world sales are like.
