alright - who made the OREO'S
Having taste tested about a dozen of those, I don't think that was normal choc. I think it was some kind of milk choc. It had a wonderful bouquet and a mild aftertaste with earthy overtones.
Anyway, I finally had to leave the room before I ate the whole container. Oink, Oink.

Thanks Guys, glad everyone liked them!

cookies were awesome!!
i'd definitely like to see the receipe!
i'm guessing they were dipped in chocolate almond bark? or was it something else? either way -- mmmm....
the only thing i can imagine that could improve is if you froze the oreo's in advance, then dipped them in warm chocolate, and served w/ a huge glass of milk while still dripping....
