Default how much will this body repair cost?

if you are somewhat familiar w/ bodyshop repairs, lemme know how much (approximately) repair will cost for this bumper.. i'm pretty sure this can be just repainted. do they take off the bumper from the car, sand it all down and repaint the whole thing over?

i'd like to get at least a rough idea on the costs so that when i get a few estimates I'll know if they're tryin to pull one outta their a$$es..

300 for the new bumper and another 300 to paint I know from experience- it may be more.

mine was similar when someone scuffed my bumper, not as big though and it cost me $455.12. They removed my bumper sanded down the section and repainted that section of my bumper to match with the rest. Looks good as new now.

your driving an s2000 not a 1990 civic, i would buy a new bumper and get it painter. if it was a beater, sand, little body filler and paint... i would say around 300 for the bumper and 200-250 for the paint...

you don't need i new bumper unless it's going through an insurance company. cost for repair and paint should be $300

First remove the bumper and take it in yourself. Doing the removal and replacement yourself will save you about $100-$150 and there's no reason not to.

The paint work should be in the $200 neighborhood, and I don't think you need a new cover.

I've been through this in various levels of damage to the bumper cover at least four times with different cars. You should be fine with paint work.
