As you can see, they added alot of brightwork to the interior door lever, the rings around the ends of the door handle, tweeter, a dead pedal, rings around the tail lamps, pockets in the door, etc.

The radio looks even better now..

Oh well, I still like my S2k better..

I like the chrome around the door handles, but the tweeters and map or storage pockets need to go !!! Hey Honda--where is the NAV?

 

Nope, this is like a mini autoshow, it SUCKED... hardly any new or future cars on the floor. This red S2k was the only one they had on display. They didn't even have the brochure for it, just a general brochure for all their cars..

 

That line across the tach connecting all the numbers doesn't look as good as our tach either. I know it's nitpicking, but little details like that matter to me.

 

What was the button on the dashboard behind the wiper stalk. On ours it's just a plug. Looks like it has a LED.
I'm not crazy about the trim or what looks like faux leather on the console cover.

 

Looks like it has the deforgger symbol on it. Maybe it prefitted to have the hardtop's defogger switch there instead of on the console.

 

I was having my friend use his camera and it may have not taken the pic as clearly but the line across the tachometer is the same as ours.

The button behind the wiper stalk is for the defroster in the new glass rear window and most likely, the leather is fake in the center console.

Thanks for posting these pics...made me happier with getting a 2001...I personally don't like the chrome accent rings! Those tweeteres will be in my car though...
