FOR THE MONEY AND TIME IT HAS TAKEN ME TO FINALLY RACE MY CAR,, MY TRACK TIME STINKS!!. I HAVE A FULLY BUILT ENGINE AND HEAD. I HAVE THE GARRET GT35R AND THE FULLRACE MANIFOLD. I RAN 112 OCT AND 26 POUNDS OF BOOST. I HAVE THE AEM COMPUTER AND PAID CJB80 TO TUNE MY CAR. THE RESULTS WERE IN THE 1/4 MILE.. 13.09 AT 112.6 MPH, REACTION TIME WAS .447 ,, AT 60 FEET WAS 2.189. WHAT A CRAPPY TIME FOR SPENDING A SMALL FORTUNE ON MY CAR AND 4 YEARS..

I'd be yelling too. Hopefully this was a result of severe traction issues but even then you should trap a lot higher unless you decided to keep your foot in it and burn them all the way down the track

 

i think that was the point....he's pretty pissed.

 

I know, I was just messin with him.

But I am concerned about him only seeing 347 hp at 17 psi with a built engine and the Full-Race manifold. Seems way too low.

With 6 psi untuned, I'm at 310 whp. When tuned at 8 psi I should be real close to 375 whp. I would have thought that with that much boost he should be at least 450 whp.

 

hell, even i'm getting 295 with a blower and stock pulley.

i don't blame him....

 

OMG, you're still around, unbelievable. I just decided, after a year from selling my car, to see what was new on the Turbo front...and it's the same old stuff? BTW, I ran a 12.9 a year ago.

Wow. 112 and 347whp. Everything doesn't add up. I am running 11psi and an educated guess is 380-400whp and I would be very unhappy with only 112 trap.
