following my infinity door speaker install (here) I'm now going for it with components behind the seats...

Mental! I fitted a set of these last week to the doors - they are soooo much better than the stok ones - also want to get some behind the seats - perhaps using the lucent fitting kit. I was also thinking of a pair of the slim kenwood Woox subwoofers directly behind the seats as I read they won't go under the seats but do come with a built in amp. I don't want to loose any boot space.

I think they will be too deep for rears, nick great price though.

OK the tweaters come with a few fitting options, due to them not being over deep I am probably going to surface mount them so no problem there. The main speaker unit is tight... VERY tight... but I think it will just about fit. No problem with the crossover - it will either sit in the cubby hole behind the grill or potentailly mount on the back of the panel.

This is definitely going to be a measure, measure and then measure again job before i get out the dremel.

They do hook under the metal plate that goes across and sit quite flush. the only thing that gets in their way is the power cable that goes across, not a major issue though.
