Sitting around bored at work I thought it would be a decent idea to start a build-up thread of my car. How it has changed over time. If nothing less, something for me to look back on to see my car through its stages.
Purchased December of 2003 from Checkered Flag Toyota trading in my 97' Championship White Honda Civic EX.
Took some pictures in my driveway a few days after.
Originally when I purchased the car I told myself - I'll lower it and toss on some wheels, but thats it. So I did just that, picked up some Espelir Springs and 17" Volk GTP's!

Okay Okay, so I decided to put some JDM Smoked Corners and JDM Clear Sidemarkers on her too - so sue me
Then after taking some notice to my incredibly ugly plain OEM front bumper - I decided it was time to attach a lip. Along with that a member of the community was looking for an OEM Berlina Hood to trade for his Seibon OEM Style Carbon Fiber hood, free trade. How can I not help a community member in need.
Well, that is when the bug started to nibble a little bit. My OEM Shocks started to go bad - so instead of just upgrading them. I looked towards a set of Tein CS Coilovers! Once the coilovers were installed, I had minor rubbing issues with the +44 offset GTP's - so I canned those for a set of Gunmetal Painted OEM Wheels with Advan A032R Rubber. As well, I invested in a set of Black Seats, Black Chrome H Emblems, Spoon N1 Exhaust, Ricks Single Outlet Rear Valence and OEM Hardtop.
That is when the bug started to bite alot harder. From that point I started to invest dollar after dollar to make my car look worse, but be faster
I picked up a Comptech Supercharger w/ Aftercooler from Hardtopguy, a used Turbonetics Godzilla BOV, 7psi Pulley from Tech2Drew and a few other "under the hood" things!
Once I had the supercharger install I thought I was done... but there I go thinking again.
Over time I contemplated the idea of installing some fuel management - to possibly squeeze out some extra power & make the engine safer. Well, that didnt work out either.
I received a call from FF2Skip who said he is considering to look into an AEM EMS, Larger Injectors, Smaller Pulley, Fuel Pressure Regulator and 3.5 Bar Map Sensor. So I told him to sign me up & get two of everything.
My exterior stayed the same - as well the only noticable differences in the engine bay were the lack of the Comptech FPR and additions of AEM FPR & 3.5Bar Map Sensor.
