That's awesome. I put my C330 on the windshield (center) and hardwired it under the dash... wish the AP2 had that big space in the middle.

yea wow that came out perfect. I woud have painted it blk but i am over anal anyway haha

Nice/Lucky install. The space worked out perfectly. It seems like it might be in a slightly dangerous location as far as looking at it while driving.?

He said he was replacing the blue bezel with a black one that is on order.

Very very nice, but I would prefer a location that would not require my looking away from the road.

I could be wrong, but aren't the voice prompts pretty clear from that location? I would think you wouldn't have to look down too much as long as you programmed your route before you started driving. How's the sound level at cruising speed with the top down?I will do the same thing if the prompts are loud enough...

The voice prompts etc can be heard with no problem even with my Invidia performing.

I havent test it yet while the top is down though. And if am not mistaken Garmin is offering a lot of accessories plus speakers.
