Hi! I will be in SA next week for thanksgiving and I'm thinking to drive my s2k.
Any events coming up in SA?

 

I'm thinking about scheduling something the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I was originally going to do a Lost Maples drive this Sunday, but after thinking about it, I realized that I have way too much going on this weekend. I can try to plan a short drive on Saturday morning after Thanksgiving if anybody else is interested.

 

Saturday after thanksgiving sound good.

Okay, here is the info for the drive.

When: Saturday, November 26, 2005 @ 9:30am
Where: Parking lot behind Whataburger and Exxon at the intersection of Loop 1604 and Bandera Rd (Hwy 16) on the Northwest side of San Antonio
Who: Anybody who wants to come
What: Short drive for lunch, some twisty fun roads, MAYBE go to Lost Maples park if anybody wants to, or perhaps go on a longer drive to see and experience some of the best roads in the Texas hill country.

We'll leave the schedule fairly open so we can do whatever we want and plan the run to get back to San Antonio whenever the participants need/want to.

Meet at 9:30am, we will leave promptly at 10:00am.

 

It looks like going to rain this weekend (Fri, Sat and Sun).

Do we still want the ride or re-schedule??

 

I'm game if it doesnt rain

 

I plan to at least go out to Lost Maples Cafe for lunch, rain or shine.

We will just drive a little more tame than if it was dry.
