Re-Match....Stook vs WRX...:-)
Well...we went out to the spot a little while ago...and had it out again...3 times actually...
First race:
I was a little too excited...and bogged a little bit on the launch...but not enuff...he put about 1 1/2 cars on me...but in the end I had him by a car...not enuff...
Second race:
We line up...bouncing rev between 7-8grand...I hear him revv up as well...flag drops...best launch of my life...
Rear end comes out a little to the left...I see the rpm's drop...stop at 6grand...and then all I hear is a scream as I shoot out off the line. I look up and he is about 1/2 car on me from the start...I smile and slam second with a chirp!
Ride thru second and slam 3rd...he is now a car and a half behind me...by the time I slam 4th...he is 3-4 cars behind...
He says that he got a bad launch...and that this was winner take all...
Third and final race:
We get back...he ices down his intercooler...while I just sit there...this time I put the top down...
We again line up for the final time...and I again do a bouncing rev...this time between 7500-8500rpms! Flag drops...I slam on the gas with my foot on the clut and drop the bitch!!!! I fell to 7grand...and then v-tec just screamed the whole way thru! I felt like my head was glued to the seat! I run thru all the gears...and at the end I had him by 3 1/2 cars!
I was soo excited!!!! Finally learning how to drive my baby...right when I gotta get rid of it... Well...it was fun as hell...everyone told me that the vtec sound reminds them of a bike when it hits the high rpms...just screaming like a bitch!
Welp...time for me to get ready for the late nite races...wish me luck tonight... I'll let you all know how it turns out!
