I forgot to show you the spider web crack in my windshield. I picked that up last week in Corona at about 300 miles.

Hey, George.

BTW, Vintage, the very first drive I went on with my '01 S2000 was George's Angeles Crest Run and BBQ, at his house, in 2003. He had an '00 Berlina S2000 but he recently purchased an '06 Laguna Blue Pearl. Andy and I drove up to Newcomb's Ranch on Angeles Crest yesterday, to see George and his new toy.

It was nice seeing you again, too. Another Vintage Owner right here in my own back yard, and I only had to drive 60 miles to see you instead of flying to the east coast.

I tried to upload my photos last night, after washing both S2000s. I got some of them but not all. It's amazing how boring and dull the Suzuka Blue looks next to the Laguna Blue. Your car kinda sucked the life out of mine.

Well, I'll post what I have and try again to upload the others.

^Me with less hair and more weight, in 2003.

^Also from 2003, taken at Newcomb's Ranch.

^George, in his new '06 Laguna Blue, on Sunday, 12-11-05.

^George and I.

^Check out the 55*F at around noon and only 682 miles on the odo.

^George and Andy.

^Three colors.

^Three different wheels.

^Three backsides. George has the Honda wing.

^I like this one for the color comparison.

^Bye bye, George.

Looks like a nice day, Patty. We are jealous here as most of our babies are now garaged or under cover.

That Blue is sharp! What a contrast near the Suzuka!

I had an Eagle Talon Turbo AWD that was close to that color. It was very

Lainey, you know I love the Suzuka blue. I wanted it badly, ever since it came out in '02 after I got the Silverstone in '01. But it was strange how dull it looked sitting next to the Laguna. I admit it was dirty but it just looked like it was on life support. Even Andy thought it was looking ugly. We came home and I washed both cars, and they look better but that Laguna blue has some magical powers.

I can't believe how I've been showered with compliments about the color. Nice pics, Patty.

Nah. My son was asking me last night, what I would do if Honda quit making the S2000. Andy and I decided they would have to replace it with something else and we would just have to see about that. Two S2000s is enough.

I got the last photos uploaded. I live only 20 miles north of George, as the bird flies. We are on opposite sides of the San Gabriel Mountains, with lots of fun twisty mountains roads between us, if we don't take freeways around the mountains.

George is REALLY into his stereo, and gadgets. He will be able to explain what everything is better than I can. Besides upgrading the stereo, a lot, he has XM radio, a Clifford alarm (he's getting used to) and Lo-Jack.

^This is the left corner of the dash, by the steering wheel. That's a little tweeter mounted on the dash that he added (a pair). He changed out the speakers in the doors for better ones.

^That's his equalizer and something else too above it (?).

^Not just one, but two amplifiers in the trunk AND a woofer (?).

^George leaving to go home.
