We will be staying at the Tan-Tar-A resort. Group rate of $89 at this resort. These rooms normally run for $120-$140 per night. Aminities include: Indoor/Outdoor pools, water park, gated security, spa, bowling alley, restaurants, great location on the lake, reserved parking for our group & we will all be together on the 1st floor of the complex with views of our cars.
Afternoon Run - See map above. This is about a 64 mile trip with some great windies and twisties (outlined in green). At the end of the run we will meet up in Ha Ha Tonka State Park for a picture shoot, leg stretch, and maybe even some granny slack adjustments
Activities: The resort has many activities to enjoy if you decide to come early. There are also other activities in the area that some of you may enjoy. Some activities are listed below for those that will show up early.
If you plan on doing anything before we meet, please make sure you get to the hotel no later than 2:00 as we leave for the afternoon run at 3:00.
Dinner: We will meet up for dinner in the hotel at Black Bear Lodge... vbmarcus... they even have Martini Shrimp Cocktail on the menu
Breakfast: There is a Burger King on site at the lodge as well as a gourmet coffee shop. I'm undecided at this time, but think BK is OK with me.
Morning Run -See above Map above: A 46 mile run (round trip - dotted red line) directly to the center of the Lake. Great opportunity for more pictures and farewells.

Graduation appears to be 2 weekends later -- so rehile +1
(that means I don't have to run over anyone trying to take pictures and drive at the same time )

Did some route planning, finding accommodations, calculated a nice run with a couple of picture opportunities and also a short run for the next day before everyone heads back home. Should be publishing some more information this week.
Any other takers? Looking to get hotel reservations made by Feb 17th and need a head count to determine if a group rate applies.
