Can anyone please tell me if the 2004 rear lamp cluster upgrade available from HardtopGuy is suitable for UK models ?

It will render my existing rear fog lamp useless I know but will they fit and work ?

 

Why would you want to change to the 04 Cluster?

 

Dont the US lights have a different requirements with regard to fog lights and as a result arent they in a different position?
Tango - coz they look better - why else?

 

They look Better Personal taste I guess, be boring if we all liked the same things

Cos the LEDs are The styling (and warranty) was why i changed to any 04!

Yup agree on the LED's but for Styling I thing the original lights look on a Silverstone. Blend in nicely with the rest of the car.

 

I just think the LED's look nicer. Yours are the 02 so you have a tiny piece of chrome - the 04 look a bit busier and more modern.

Does anyone know if you have to buy the UK ones...or will the US ones do ?

As I have a direct fog lamp anyway - I'm not bothered about that light.

 

Yours will look better then - as I assume the US 04 have 2x reversing lights instead? Thats the only thing that bothers me, and I think the 04 should have kept the seperate fog.

 

One chap took an 03 car and modded it to the 04 styling including bumpers and lights. Sorry cant think of his name but there is def a thread on this. And yes it was a UK car.
