Default Aftermarket soft top for glass window

SO I found this soft top for sale on ebay that will convert plastic window to glass by replacing the whole top. I have seen this before using the factory top.

I am guess I am curious as to everyones take on this top. They are guaranteed for 5yrs.

Here are some questions I asked and repsonses I have received...

What differences are there between your top and the OEM top from Honda?

Hello,
their are no major differences, basically this one is made in a different factory than the original top.
made with same material, same stitching, and installation is identical once you finish the required frame modification.
Thank you
Vic
I was checking out your website. You have a lot of disclaimers on warranty and fading and what concerned me the most was the disclaimer on the glass window adhesion.

From what I read on your site I get the feeling that I should not expect this top to last as long as an OEM from Honda top. Am I wrong? My cirrent top has 41k miles on it and is 5yrs old. There is nothing wrong with the top, I just want to upgrade to a glass window.

Hello,
actually we are guaranteeing the glass Adhesion, workmanship (stitching) & material fade for 5 years, also you need to be aware, as much as your top looks Black now, it is some what faded, if you put it next to a new top, you will see the difference, that we consider it a normal wear, if for any reason your top material faded a great deal within 5 years? then you are covered, also you need to know, we use original material, same exact material that's on your car right now.
also, everything has to do with the usage, if you kept your car garaged? then i can tell, your top is not much faded as suppose if it was parked outside and under the sun all the times.
most of the times, warranty disclaimers are written to prevent people from abusing the system, so far we did not turn down any one who made a warranty claim.
Thank you
Vic

I don't think this is robbins... unless robbins is supllying them with the tops. But I don't see anything that indicates that. Also this company is offering a 5yr warranty where Robbins is offering a max 3yr

The company with the auction sell tops made by different manufacturers including the one in the auction made by Robbins.
