Thumbs up Who has used cams gears?

I would like to know if someone had success with the camgears, with other Hondas and brands seems to be very normal use camgears to get better performance.

I haven't heard of anyone running aftermarket cam gears unless they have cams to go along with it. Even then The gains seen from cams have been minimal so I would say there wouldn't be any gains. What do others think?

Never heard of,or seen cam gears on aF20.

Toda makes some for our car

I doubt they will be of any use, even with tuning, since our motor is already pretty high strung. But they are reccomended if you use Toda cams.

Why you say that? Even with the Spec-A2 Cams (few diffrences with stock ones) i have seen 5-8hp gains. But with Spec-B or C cams you will see lots of gains. Of course not on a stock motor.

Here ya go.

Of course, you should read this post before you get excited.

To the original poster... I haven't really seen anyone mention using cam gears on an S2000, but greenlight might be using them in his f20c-equipped dragster.

Both of those were with the stock ECU with no tuning. The purpose there was to show the gains just from the cams. A/F tuning was done later.... and the gains weren't that great, except above 8K RPMs.
