Thumbs down Mastergrade Rips More Buyers Off

MasterGrade was selling on eBay under the name carbon_only I had been following their sales and as most of us know here it would only be a matter of time before the negative feedback would start rolling in.
"Took my money, lied about sending item. Now won't answer phone or e-mail.
Buyer slmott1 ( 101) Feb-21-06 19:06 8033729405 "

"DO NOT BUY!!! NEVER RECEIVED ITEM, NO REFUND, FRAUD FRAUD WILL NOT RESPOND!!!!!!
Buyer parentsi99 ( 299) Feb-20-06 10:47 8028964136 "

"Bad fitment, bad customer service, product was alright, not show though "

The last one was a neutral, I think the guy was afraid of leaving a negative. He paid $450 for engine bay covers with "bad fittment" and "poor customer service"!
Needless to say they are now no longer registered users. I wonder how many more negatives they would have received if they were not kicked off. Mastergrade

With all the bad press Mastergrade has gotten on the internet, I guess "A fool and his money are quickly parted". I'm thinking Mastergrade is hoping there continues to be more fools out there.

Why people still insist on buying from them is beyond me. I guess if you are too lazy to do some research on the net, which would take you one minute to see that they suck to do business with and sell super low grade products, then you deserve to get ripped off. So to summarize my point, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MASTERGRADE!!

Ugh, why do people keep buying stuff from them? They got ostracized from our site for the same reasons, then they pop right back up on ebay doing the same thing. Mastergrade = Evil.

This was discussed in a couple of threads,a few weeks ago,and everybody was warned against Mastergrade.
After that,if someone wants to send out his money,it's his own business.
The problem, with them,is that they have good ideas, nice products on paper, but poor execution, and worse C.S.I.
But,if the management was better,(Q.C.+C.S.I.)they could have made a "killing".

If you do a search in S2ki for mastergrade the results that come up are not obvious warnings. One of the first ones is an optimistic "mastergrade under new management" and a ton old threads where people have recommended their products or are talking about how great they look. The first link that comes up is "S2000 Mastergrade Door Jam" which links their site and mentions how great their products look. Take it easy on criticizing those who purchased from them. I googled them before I made my purchase and really didn't find anything bad. And at the point I made the purchase they didn't have any negatives on eBay. I'm still in a battle with them so I don't want to say too much now, but I presently have my money back and their crap hood.
