I ordered the test pipe from the Berk website about 10 days ago and paid by PayPal. I emailed Berk several time before I received the following reply on 3-25-06:

"The BT1600 test pipe manufacturing was delayed due a problem with the flange manufacturer. The ETA on these things was originally the end of Feb but the flange shortage pushed our run back a few weeks because the manufacturing line was already moving with another product.

The pipes are being shipped via air and are in a holding bay with the US customs right now. They will be at our warehouse any day now. But if you need to cancel the order we have no problems giving refunds for these pipes. They are not "special order" parts so we don't hold your money hostage like a lot of other people do. Just let me know what you want to do.

Regards,

Bryan

I replied that I would wait for shipment if he kept me up to date and the wait was reasonable. Should I be worried?

The only thing to worry about is that Paypal has a 30 day policy on getting your money back if the selling doesn't deliver. If you go over 30 days and never get the product you're fuct.

Why are they no longer a sponsor? The answer to that question would make it easier to decide whether or not to wait.

Bryan is a good guy im sure he will get our pipes out to us as soon as he gets them. But i would also like to know why he is not a sponsor anymore.. They were working on a new header for our cars... We will have to wait and see whats up. I will email Bryan and see whats going on and post back.

His Group Buy thread timed out - they don't stay on the forums forever - I woudn't drop the AH bomb on him just yet. Then someone moved the S2000 Talk thread to Site Info - but another poster brought that information over to this thread

Hopefully the Berk TP seller will start a new thread to put peoples' minds at ease.
