Today was quit an event. The facility was so clean and state of the art. The dealership's techs were very professional and knew their jobs well. Thanks to Popeye and Gary for putting all of this together. Nice seeing some Cleveland fockers finally showing up for something. I was happy to translate Timmy's conversations for the new guys. Your new car is badass Tim. Big thanks to Shareall for making the trek from Canada. Very nice lady. Even shared her seat with me at lunch...even though she did'nt realy have a choice. Chris's Mugen exhaust was shweet. Now we will not see him again for months. Props to his wonderful wife for making the haul up to retrieve his stock exhaust. Dent guy was awesome and Sly is the man with the buffer.
Sorry I missed you guys at the Bucket. Jen called when I stopped for gas and asked that I bring home some chicken broth for Maggie. She got into something in the back yard and was yacking all over the house.
I hope today's turnout is a sign of good things to come this year.
I would have loved to come. My girlfriend actually lives in Marysville about 5 minutes away from the dealership, but she was in Cincinnati yesterday so I stayed in town to hang out with her. It looks like it was a lot of fun.
Hopefully there is another event sometime soon. If not, I probably won't get to see anybody until Fall Colors because I am spending the first half of the summer studying in Europe and I leave the first week in May.
If that's how it turns out, that will make it 2 full years since my last s2000 event
Yesterday was a great time and huge success. Big props to Popeye, Ray, & Marysville Honda for pulling this thing together. It was great to see old friends and meet some new ones. This summer is going to be alot of fun.
So now that I have made my symbolic post for the month, I will go back off the "reservation" and assume my CIA cloak & dagger activities
