Alright, the third Kansas City club meet was a big success. We ended up having seven owners show up with their cars. 3 silverstones, 2 yellows, 1 black, and 1 red. We probably shouldn't have even been able to have a Winter Run in the midwest, but the weather has been extremely mild the past couple months. Usually it's about 35 degrees in the December afternoons, but the weather has been in the 50's and 60's all month so we were still able to cruise somewhat comfortably with the tops down.

Here's a link to all the pics I took. And YES, my camera takes crappy pictures. It is primarily a digital video camera, so the pics it takes aren't that crisp. Oh well, it's better than nothing. I would reccomend viewing them on 1024 by 768 rather than 800 by 600 because they'll look pretty damn grainy if you do. Here's the member list that showed.

Had a great time as usual....we need to scout out locations to drive for the next meet. Maybe Topeka(Heartland park) next time? Thanks for the pics!

 

That might be cool to head to Topeka because we can all meet up and make the whole drive in a train. I had a blast tooling around town with all the other S2000's. It would be really fun to do some serious highway driving.

 

Great pics. You guys must have caught a lot of attention away from that Thunderbird. I am sure that 7 S2000 on the streets was something Kansas does not see on a regular basis. That is how it is for all of us here in California everytime we meet and drive. I am addicted to those stares and inquiries at stop lights from traffic.

I had a GREAT time at the meet. It was pretty cool getting that kind of attention having seven S2ks!!!

I snapped about 40 pictures. I'll upload them to S2Ki.com or my own server with a link.... I need to downsample the images as they are quite large right now (15mb total).

I say next meet is in Topeka, Kansas. A road trip would be fun and visiting Heartland would be good.

Did you get pics while we were driving, or are all your pics just of us sitting in the parking lots? I'm barely in any of my pics because I was taking them all, so that's why I ask.

 

I took none while I was driving... I was too busy strearing... I want to hook up a camera (movie) next time we go though... =)

 

Video would be 2 cool! Especially if we go to the track!
