Ok. I am getting bored of these slow hard to handle s2000s. Here is a new one.

Laguna Seca
S2000
Oil Changed
Lightweight 3
Super Soft Tires
No ASM or TCS (make sure you go into settings and turn them all the way down not just off in the options menu)
Any Wheels you like

Post your best .

To answer your question Docent, it seems like unless you turn them "down" in the Settings screen, the assist modes still look like they're turned on in the racing screen.... not sure if they're functioning or not, but it's weird seeing them on when you've turned them "off".

NOW.... listen up people... I wanna sweeten the deal a little bit. I am going to offer a CASH PRIZE for the winner of this GT3 Challenge, and turn this Challenge into a ***Genuine S2Ki Tournament***!

* The CASH Prize will be the amount of $20, paid to the winner either in cash or by PayPal. 2nd place will get $10, and 3rd place will get $5.

* To enter this prestigious tournament, you must PM or email ME (SteveUCI) by midnight this Sunday in PST (December 16th).

* I will then post a list of people who are Competing in this Tournament here on this thread. Then you will know who you are up against.

* IMPORTANT: When you have a lap time that you feel is a worthy entry, do NOT post it to this thread, and do NOT tell anyone about it. Simply PM or email ME your lap time, and make sure you save your lap replay to a memory card. If you do not save it to memory card, you are not eligible to win the cash prize and your entry will be forfeit (See below for why this is).

* The Tournament will END at 9:00 PM in PST on December 21st (next Friday). At that time, if I have received from you a lap time that is the best out of all those I've received, you have won. However, to claim your prize, you must somehow send to me a screenshot of a specific screen in GT3 -- the screen you see when you go to load a replay when you are selecting a memory card slot where it shows the lap time, car HP, track, etc. If you don't send me this screenshot by 9:00 PM PST the next day (22nd), your entry is forfeit and I will attempt to get this screenshot from the next runner up, etc.

* After I award the winner with his or her wonderful CASH PRIZE, I will post a ranking of each competitor's lap times here on this thread.

* Again, the qualifications for your race car in this Tournament are what benlavigne says above, with NO other modifications. (But you are free to use either automatic or manual transmission)

(Perhaps next time, we'll try a longer track & any S2000 & any settings, with any mods with a small entry fee that goes to a LARGE CASH POOL from which the winner(s) of 1st, 2nd, 3rd place will receive a percentage of the CASH POOL.)

HAVE FUN and GOOD LUCK

Current Competitor List:

benlavigne

Wow Steve, you're taking this waaaayyyy too seriously, but I'm in (I'll PM you). One thing I have to get is the auto, so can I use it or not? Also, since S2R is going to beat everyone, can we have a second place prize of $10...hehe.
