Wax Overspray
Wuts up everone. I recently waxed my car w/ an electric waxer and some wax sprayed on my top and dried. How do i remove this? B/c washing it didn't work. Thx in advance
Here is a link to a thread I posted in with the same problem.
Lots of suggestions offered in the thread.

After reading the thread referenced above, I have a question for the OP. What kind of wax did you use? The referenced thread concerns NXT, and I don't particularly like that product because I find it hard to remove --- even from the car's body paint! NXT is a poly/carnauba mix. If you like this type of product, I find Turtle Wax Ultra Gloss to give an even better shine, and is much easier to remove accidents --- and to buff from the paint. Even safer (and easier) is Meguair's No. 26, which has more carnauba content in its mix, and won't leave white spots or smears anywhere. Not even on weatherstripping.
As I said on the referenced thread, I got some of those white spots (source unknown) that looked just like yours off my top with clay bar and lots of lube --- rubbing with the grain of the top material.
Thanks,
Richard
