Default Pics of rear bumper with slotted/cutted openings!

Please post some pictures of the rear bumper with slotted/cutted portions, just like the J's Racing bumper. The OEM bumper is like a parachute so I would like to get some idea of the slotted/cutted bumpers in order the air to escape from this positions. Am thinking to do my own design/cutting on the OEM bumper.

Did my search for some pictures but am sure they are more that what I have seen on the net.
