Arrow Noise diagnosis

Ok first off id like to say its a clicking or binding, only when in neutral and turning either direction, but more evident when turning left, always at low speed like 5mph or a lil more... this puts pressure on te right rear wheel which is where i think its coming from, any ideas? also its not diff click, this is coming from a ib or axle im just not sure. When in neutral and turning at low speeds, like u turns ect. is when this happens, if i u turn in gear under power its not there. ???????????????????? Some one throw some ideas out there!

sounds like power steering problem.
if we put the gear in neutral engine rpm drops to idle and it will decrease the pressure in the power steering system.
get the power steering components inspected.

oh, wow..i didn't even realize that we have electrical power steering until now.
i feel damn stupid now..lol~
anyways, if it's the rear..
i would suspect bad, worn, chipped gears in our Torsen LSD.

nah def not the rear. reacts and does not whine..... wheel bearing i thought about it but its not showing the symptoms of a worn wheel bearing, its more of a click , also causes a bind in the trans like a slight bind to chatter the drivetrain if im letting out the clutch while making a u turn, does anyone think it would be possible that the rear break pad is rubbing against the warped rotor when pressure is put against it(turning hard left at low speeds) causing this phantom click?!?!

Dude, I had that click too. It was the driver side inner CV joint! I would notice it while coasting down a ramp in a parking garage I used to park at.

Another sign that he axle is not up to snuff is a vibration under acceleration on the highway.

I finally broke the inner joint while doing a clutch dump on R-compound racing tires. I thought it was my diff too. By the way, it took about 2 years and over 350 clutch dumps on racing tires to break it although I did notice the vibration after about 30k miles of owner ship.

I've since replaced the axle and put on about another 30k and it's as good as new still. No vibrations yet and my diff has about 400 racing tire clutch dumps on it.

My money says it's the driver side inner joint that's making the click.

lol again, thanks for suggestions, but you're wrong again. if the torsen had a chipped tooth, the entire LSD would have blown up. the LSD in our cars either works or it doesn't. there's no in between. if he had a diff failure from either the R&P or the LSD, he'd know it, because the car would barely be driveable.
