Hmmmm, I do need to drop my car.... Dont these coil overs have crappy ride quality? Thats the rumor.

by crappy you mean firm? yes. actually i think on there softest setting, they might even be softer than stock... now on there stiffest... thats a diffrent story lol... get them lee!

they can definitely be made to ride soft. i have them with zero preload and find them a little too soft. the damping adjustments are pretty noticeable as well.

The only "rumor" I am aware of is that the Flex aren't the best option for the track because of their dual tube chamber and lack of an external resevoir.

If, however you wanted a good suspension setup for the track, the rumor is that Honda makes a pretty good one.

The RA and RS are way better, but there are also ones that are worse like the basic or super street models. I think flex is plenty for a street car but if you autocross competitively or do track days the RA and RS are the way to go.
