Options 1 or 3 look fine to me. I don't know how my schedule will play out due to making it a traveling work day.

Just put me down as a play by ear and will try to hook up with you guys during the trip.

Sheila,

What is the plan here? I will meet everyone outside of Asheville. Just need to know what time and where?

Sheila loves me.

Option # 1 or # 3 is good for me... We can always enjoy the Dragon on Sunday, right??? Or is that more trouble to get over onto?

One thing to think about is we'll probably want to relax and enjoy the SESM...arrive a bit early...get our "stuff"...wash our babies...grab some grub...partake in classy beverages... You know...

I am never one to say NO to the Dragon...so I'll do what folks think is best.

It may be a squeeze to do the Dragon and get to Sevierville especially if the route goes through traffic in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Good points! I've updated the first post to reflect the plan. We'll head straight through to SESM via I-40, and catch a few Dragon runs early on Sunday.

Woohoo!

Thanks for organizing this Sheila. What FRS channel do you plan on running? It will be good to post a few cell #s just in case someone gets delayed.

Thanks Sheila! It looks like the first rest stop after Asheville is near the TN state line. I will just make myself available at one of the entrances off of I-40 and call you on your cell phones to find locations. I am good at playing catch up.

Channel 4 on all 2-way radios, as usual!!!!!

I am in. I will see everyone at ATL Bread Co.

I might ride back on the Dragon, if it doesn't take me too far out of the way.
