Default SF cell phone buddy

PLEASE be sure to pick a cell phone buddy for Spring Fling. If you do not show up, at least one person should have you cell number in order to give you a call and make sure you are OK. This could save your trip or your life. It also helps to have someone else's number if you get lost. All attendees should also feel free to send you cell number to Lainey or me. If you want my number, let me know.

Please be considerate and leave your cell phone on during the trip. If you are missing and we can't contact you we will worry (trust me, there have been many reasons over the years to worry about eachother during these trips).

I forget sometimes how young you are - being into them old Healey's and such - you are definitely part of the CELL PHONE generation.

LB - I'm going to attach this note to the first post of the Activities thread. Good idea and thanks.

Super idea. I linked this to the Carolina forum. We are very active over there.

If you do not mind 'big brother' potentially snooping, most newer cellphones can be set to broadcast a GPS location continuosly. I do it when I am mountain biking

In an effort to be organized, I'm typing up a list of the cell phone numbers that I receive. So if you want to be on the "official list" PM me your number.

I'll make a copy for Bill, so he or I can track you down if you are missing in action.

In this case, Triple-H (Doug) will be my cell phone buddy. We have each other's #.
