Thumbs down FS: Mugen Intake

Greetings all. I am posting a new thread for my Mugen Intake and adding my Buddy Club exhaust on it for sale. The intake is in brand new condtion. Only on my car for about 800 miles. Selling because I sold my car. Sells new for $1452. I am asking $900 shipped or best offer. The exhaust is in excellent condition as well. It saw about 3000 miles, but has NO dents, dings, or scratches; just a little dirty. Paid $525 for the exhaust. Asking $400 shipped. I take paypal.

And I didn't call you because I thought 9:30 PM was too late. I just got back from BWW on Mahoning.

FFSkip came to my house and saw the intake in person. He will be weighing in to let all of you know how great its condition is.

Good to meet up with you again yesterday, Brian.

I'm glad I made the effort to get over there to see/inspect the intake. I had never seen a Mugen in person. I know for a fact that I now know a little more about it than I did before.

The condition: Filter is spotless. The cf housing is virtually unblemished even after having been used. There is a spot or two where the car or hood rubbed a tiny bit near the snorkel's actual intake opening. I think I remember seeing one weave imperfection from the factory on the top left-hand corner about one-third of the way up the intake runner(think flat section as it bends over the radiator area). All brackets/clamps were there and in excellent condition.

The only way this thing is a bling product is if the viewer understands what went into its production. The finish is not a high gloss clear from the factory. Since I am no longer sc'd, I am considering this intake as well as other mods that will made real-world differences. I'm no longer hung up on dyno #'s like I was with the sc'er(395 rwhp from a CTSC). I plan on tracking more in 2007, so function takes precedent over form. But in this case, the two may be inseparable.

Thanks again, Brian, for taking the time yesterday.
