Well, finally, after much, much searching, I think I may be able to get all of us a VAFC harnesses. Mine should be ready sometime next week and if it all works out well I will talk to the guy about organizing a groub buy. Since this board has been so great to me, I plan on giving a little back. I will organize it all myself. I will collect all the money and have him ship me everything, and I will ship to each of you individually to make it easier for him.
Anyways, I wanted to see what kind of interest we had for these and for what kind of price. Keep in mind, I know we would all love it for $50, but that's not gonna happen. If it doesnt look too profitable for him, I am sure he will decide not to make anymore. So here I want to see the MOST you would pay for a very well made, high quality harness for our car.

That's great that you finally found someone with a harness Brandon. I voted at $200 but less than that would obviously be great...any more than that and it's just not worth it to me. I'll just hack into my harness for that amount of money.

 

Well...I can already say it probably won't be less than $200. I just got off the phone with him and he will definately be able to make a good amount of these, but I'm not sure how much yet. That is why I am doing this poll. Any other input will be greatly appreciated.

By the way, I won't show this post to him, but I will merely use the data to explain to him the best price for him to sell these at to get the most amount of profit. I hope we get enough responses at a decent price to go through with this Group Buy.

hardwiring it to the ECU doesnt matter. The dealer cannot void your warranty unless they can prove that the VAFC caused the problem you are requesting warranty for.

 

I guarantee they will not be $400 or even $300. I just want to see the max people will pay for one.
