The price for a full set of clean wheels has been a steady $800 for at least the two plus years I've owned my car. With essentially brand new RE050 tires on them, $1300 has been a steady price. I don't know what the effect of the Kumhos would be on that price.
I've bought three additional sets of AP2 wheels for my car (in addition to a set of AP1 wheels--$300--for snows, and a used set of SSR GT7 wheels--stock legal in autocross), so I've spent some time learning this.
